The outdoor refrigerated rink

Stage 1 will incorporate an 80’x180’ or 85’x200’ fully refrigerated multi-purpose concrete floor, dasher boards, bleachers and safety netting. Light standards for the rink would also be placed.
There will be a small heated outbuilding for the ice resurfacer, water supply and maintenance equipment.
This building will be incorporated into the future building component phase.
The outdoor refrigerated rink will have an immediate effect on ice time availability in your community!
Ice rental revenues will be generated to help fund the next stage.
Will conform to Hockey Canada guidelines for a sanctioned practice facility (possibly games as well).
Costs for Stage 1 will vary between $850-1.2M depending on soil, services and site preparations.
