Roof and Lighting

Stage 2 will add a 100’W by 230’ L by 20’H or a110’W by 250’L by 20’H roof structure over the ice surface, as well as, the foundation and floor for the arena area only. Energy efficient arena lighting would also be added at this time. Light standards that were in place over the outdoor rink would be used for the parking lot. (Roof of building would be insulated at this time)
This will enhance the ice quality, as well as, help reduce maintenance and operating costs.
Costs for Stage 2 will be approximately $450k - $550
