Complete the arena

Stage 3 would complete the arena by enclosing and insulating the walls of the roof structure over the rink. Heaters, dehumidification, and more spectator seating would be installed. The dressing rooms and common area would be completed and the small outbuilding would be attached to the main building at this time.
Costs for Stage 3 will be approximately $1 -1.5M
